Morteza was born in Karaj, Iran. He received a Bachelor of Science degree from the Yazd University and obtained his Master of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Tehran, Iran. His main research interests are focused in applying mathematical modeling and developing exact and metaheuristic algorithms. He will be working on the application of optimization methods on problems in user interface design.
